The State of Education - Parent & Community Leadership Effective Governance Workshop invites parents and community members to take an active role in shaping student success. Through a series of interactive sessions-focused on student outcomes, goal-setting, resource, alignment, and monitoring progress-participants will gain the mindset and skills needed to advocate for student outcomes in collaboration with schools and school boards.

This collaborative learning experience centers on community voice, shared values, and effective governance practices that build trust, drive change, and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
